You need to ensure that all labels of the products you return/exchange are intact.And ensure that the product must be in the same state as when you received it,not worn or unused.You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchange products may take two weeks to send out.


All applications for product returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions.


If your return is accepted,we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


The product does not match the original specifications,or it is found that the product does not match the product you actually purchased.

If a replacement is required,please note that it will take at least 15 days to receive the replacement product.


Before shipping the return to us,you need to contact our staff within 3 days to ensure that your application can be processed on time.

After your request is approved,we will automatic refund through original payment method.You will be credited for the cost of product (s).Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post refunds.


If we approve your return for more than 3 working days,please contact us immediately.


Customers can cancel the order at any time before processing it.After the order is shipped,the return and exchange policies will apply.We have the right to cancel the order at any stage or time during the order processing process due to any necessary circumstances,and will not be liable for any losses suffered due to non fulfillment of the order.


Please note that our order is shipped free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the product or choose the wrong size, we will not bear the return shipping cost.


Transport policy


We do not assume any responsibility for the inability to ship ordered products due to insufficient inventory.Order validation is not considered as order confirmation.


Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address and phone number at the time of booking.

Our goal is to provide the best service to process orders as soon as possible. Although we have tried, some orders require more time. Note: Our logistics partners may require an additional 1 working day of delivery time. However, the required time may vary due to various factors.


We do not assume any responsibility for product damage or loss caused by irreversible factors such as war and natural disasters during transportation.
